What a regional programme is
A regional programme is a single-origin coffee assembled from Caturra, Castillo and Colombia varieties grown inside one department, prepared to one agreed profile and one agreed score band. It sits between a commercial grade and a single-farm micro-lot: more character than Excelso, more volume and more consistency than a micro-lot.
Because the programme is rebuilt every harvest towards the same target profile, it suits buyers who want to return season after season. Coffee is an agricultural product: each harvest differs, so the profile and score of a new crop are confirmed by cupping and approved before shipment rather than assumed.

How they are priced
Pricing is agreed per contract. Depending on the volume and the shipment window, a programme is quoted either at a fixed price for the agreed quantity, or as a quotation linked to the New York C contract.
